    The remarkable progress of deep neural networks in recent years has led to their entry into the industry and their use in the real world. However, one of the most important and basic issues that threaten the security of these networks is attacks. The attacks that deliberately manipulate input data cause vulnerabilities and misclassify networks. Due to the wide range of ways in which attacks can perturb input data, identifying their types is considered a vital part of ensuring a robust network. The inability of deep networks to generalize to unseen data is also an important limitation.     The insulation lifetime of power cables is determined by several factors. One of the more important of these is the occurrence of partial discharge (PD) at the dielectric. The ability to detect and locate a PD source is limited by attenuation of the high frequency PD pulses as they propagate through the cable. Therefore it is necessary to understand the high frequency response of such cables. Further, to enable reconstruction of PD signals as emitted a viable high frequency model for simulation is needed.     Investigation of Fretting Fatigue Problem between a Tilted Wedge and a Half-Plane using Analytical and Numercial Methods

    Mode I and II stress intensity factors are derived for an inclined crack breaking the surface of a half-plane which is subjected to an un-symmetrical singular contact loading due to the contact of a tilted wedge with the half-plane. The method used is that of replacing the crack by a continuous distribution of edge dislocations and assume the crack to be traction-free over its entire length. A traction free crack is achieved by cancelling the tractions along the crack site that would be present if the half-plane was un-cracked.     Purpose: Lack of a consistent standardized housing pricing system in Iran has led housing valuation to become solely dependent on appraisers' opinions. The purpose of this paper is to investigate some behavioral aspects of real estate decision makers, i.e. buyers and appraisers. Design/methodology/approach: First, and based on a content analysis of the valuation literature, a preliminary housing valuation model is proposed.     Recent observations of gravitational waves motivate investigations for the existence of primordial black holes (PBHs). We propose the observation of gravitational microlensing of distant quasars for the range of infrared to the submillimeter wavelengths by sublunar PBHs as lenses. The advantage of observations in the longer wavelengths, comparable to the Schwarzschild radius of the lens (i.e., Rsch≃λ) is the detection of the wave optics features of the gravitational microlensing.
