    In this experimental study, a series of wind tunnel tests were performed to examine the wake flow profile over three swept wings with sweep angles of 23, 33 and 40 degrees with similar aspect ratio at various conditions. The airfoil of wing was a NACA 6-series airfoil designed to provide a laminar flow on the front half of the airfoil.     A series of low speed wind tunnel tests were conducted to study the unsteady aerodynamic behavior of an airfoil sinusoidally oscillating in plunge. The experiments included measuring the surface pressure distribution over a range of reduced frequencies, k = 0.03 - 0.06.     Buzz phenomenon is shock oscillation ahead of the supersonic air intake when its mass flow rate is decreasing at offdesign condition. The buzz onset and the buzz cycle of an axisymmetric mixed-compression supersonic intake have been experimentally investigated through pressure recording and shadowgraph flow visualization. The intake was designed for a freestream Mach number of 2.0; however, tests were conducted for M∞ = 1.8, 2.0, and 2.2. All tests were performed at 0 deg angle of attack.     An extensive experimental investigation to study the effect of the reduced frequency and surface grit roughness on an airfoil oscillating in plunging motion has been conducted. The application of surface grit roughness simulates surface irregularities that occur on the wind turbine blades.     An extensive experimental study is conducted to investigate the effects of reduced frequency on a harmonically pitching wing where its cross section is used in a 660 kW wind turbine under construction in Iran.
