- Nowadays, one of the most common and effective methods of medical treatment for End-Stage Renal Disease is kidney transplantation technique which is obtained by transplantation of a living donor kidney to the patient. However, the main issue regarding to this method is the shortage of kidney supply rather than demand. A modern solution for this problem is known as "Paired Kidney Exchange Method". In order to deal with this approach theoretically, the whole problem is modeled as a graph theory problem and a cycle detection algorithms are applied. Furthermore, a new approach considering the time issue and patient state have been introduced recently which implemented the Stochastic Game approach to solve the proposed problem. There are many patients all over the world that do not have any relatives or friends as living donors and consequently they are obliged to register in a waiting list and wait for a proper kidney to be transplanted. In this research, considering the trivial deal of attention to the waiting list issue in the literature, we try to work on this problem by presenting a new model. To cover the gap between theory and reality, we develop a new "Discrete-Time Stochastic Game" model and thereafter an equivalent mathematical programming model is presented to solve the equilibrium of this game. Finally, we focus on the graph model of this game and try to improve the models in the literature in order to reach solutions with better quality in a social welfare system. In addition, we propose a survey on patient waiting list with a queueing theory viewpoint and propose some changes in order for the waiting patients to get served with more utilization rate
