  7. Abstract:
  8. One of the challenges of today's economy, is improving economic structures and reduce its dependence on oil revenues. Agricultural industry as an important part of the economy, is not dependent on oil revenues and improving its structure can have a significant impact on increasing revenues. By the problems with the current structure, lack of management of planting crops, lack of proper supply chain, redesign of agricultural supply chans seems neccessary. In the meantime, in order to record the data from the various elements of the chain, birth certificate that has been set.Researches in the field of agricultural supply chain and the relevant crop-planning models, how to join the farmers in modern supply chains in developing countries, the grouping of farmers and allocating business to each group, the location of distribution centers and agricultural support policies, bi-objective optimization of multi-product two-echelon supply chain network is discussed. Finally; relevant model designed, ideal acreage for the cultivation of product in each city offer and solutions for the implementation of the model is presented. The effects of water parametrs on the Taguchi method is studied
