The research has tried to identify obstacles before and during project implementation within the supply chain in electronic markets, using fuzzy model complex relationships among the obstacles to be checked in order to determine the degree of importance of each of these methods actually weights of each of these obstacles will it was, visibility and better understanding of the existing situation to be considered and implemented solutions to overcome them. In this study, the identification of appropriate criteria for supplier selection in electronic markets and prioritizing them are addressed. After filling the questionnaire by staff in the process of the results and obtain a final decision of fuzzy hierarchical analysis software and Excel is used.This software is based on several different criteria to calculate rank. Analysis of the data by other software such as SPSS statistical techniques currently used. The results showed that six factors reduce latency, lower cost, price, accuracy, customer satisfaction and improve the quality of the highest importance among the elements participating in the the Order on electronic markets. Other results of this study indicate that factors in customer satisfaction, quality, reduced latency, reduced cost and accuracy of information and price were the most important are the decision makers of purchase. To select the sample, a survey target population, the ideal group of people who work and related knowledge and points of view have scrolling content. Therefore, the research community, decision-makers in the buying and who they are in buying influence
