  8. One of the ways to solve the problem of water scarcity in the agricultural sector is the development of the greenhouse. Using greenhouse and control of its internal conditions can increase productivity and reduce water consumption. But the issue that needs to be noted is higher energy consumption in greenhouses in comparison to traditional agriculture. The purpose of the present research is to evaluate the various technologies of supplying water and energy with a view to the climate, type of equipment and economic parameters. An analytical tool for designing and operation of the greenhouse have been developed and presented that may be applied in greenhouse sector. It is possible to evaluate the efficiency of different ventilation systems in different climates with this tool: systems that have the most compatibility with the environment according to the different aspects of economy, environment and social acceptability. So the product will be better in quality. Sustainability can be justified in terms of social, health, economic, environmental and social acceptability. The above understanding of the concept of sustainable development requires the development of cultivation and harvesting in greenhouse sector based on several criteria, and the evaluation of the development process in greenhouses requires the development and application of multi-criteria analytical tools. The development and application of the optimal design and exploitation of greenhouse technology in the water and energy sector based on the set of criteria have been the main subject of the present research work
