  8. Elastomers are flexible polymers with various uses in different industries. But this materials dont havevalid usages without correct fillers. Today Nano technology has a main role in the industry. one of the important reasons is rubber quality improvement with adding just a little amount of this clays, opposite to Carbon Black. To achieve a high quality polymer composite, it is necessary to learn about physical and mechanical properties of nano clays and the interaction between Nano clays and matrix. Because of the effect of nano clays on vulcanization, this issue is noticeable . Nano diamond is a nanoclay used to improve rubber quality. But this method is new because of the complicated reaction between rubber and nanoclay .In this research we arer trying to examine the role of surface modification on nano diamond interaction of nano diamond with matrix and its distribution in matrix. Surface has been modified by amin groups. Because it could also have a role in vulcanization and cross link. We have used SBR as the rubber in this project which is produced in Iran and have a main role in our industry. The effect of Amined-nano diamond on vulcanization, cross link density and mechanical properties were discussed in this project
