    Fast growing load in power systems associated with a large gap between heavy load and light load periods, generation scheduling and unit commitment (UC) problem has become a crucial issue in Scheduling time horizon. In a vertically integrated power system, unit commitment determines when to start-up or shut-down units and how to dispatch online generators over a given scheduling horizon in order to minimize the operating costs.     Different molybdenum oxide nano/micro structure thin films were synthesized by thermal evaporation method under various growth conditions such as deposition time, temperature and evaporation source-substrate distance. Molybdenum oxide nanostructures grown on Si(100) such as nanowalls, nanostars and nanowires were characterized with scanning electron microscopy (SEM), x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), x-ray diffraction (XRD), atomic force microscopy (AFM) and high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM).     In This article, we aimed to estimate impact of dual sourcing strategy on environmental implication and show how this strategy can ameliorate the emission of greenhouse gases. For this purpose, first we define comprehensive NLP models for splitting order problem with carbon emission cap and carbon emission Trade-Cap policy.
