    Investigating the Application of Self-determination Theory in Increasing the Organizational Commitment of Knowledge-based Employees

    Abstract
    Researchers recently have focused on integrating motivation and commitment models and presenting common models. This research, for the first time, presents an integrated model of motivation (Self-Determination Theory) and commitment (Three Component Model of Meyer and Allen), from a person-centered view. This study was carried out using two-step cluster analysis method including hierarchical method and optimization of the profiles distance on 306 knowledge workers of four Iranian organizations.     Abstract
    There is no consensus definition of cynicism in literature. In this research different definitions of cynicism have been investigated and two concept of organizational cynicism and trait cynicism have been taken into consideration. Organizational cynicism is a negative attitude that is prevalent in employees. In literature some antecedents and consequences of organizational cynicism have been suggested. It seems organizational cynicism can be investigated in a more complex relations.
