    Today, peer-to-peer networks are become more popular among internet users and more than millions peers share high volume of data from anywhere.     Network pricing is an effective transportation demand management scheme to reduce traffic and control air pollution, particularly in CBDs. In this study, congested area cordon entry and Park-and-Ride (P/R) facility use are priced for automobiles. Increase in these prices may reduce private auto demand by impelling some of the auto passengers to use public transport from the origin of their trips, or encouraging them to park their cars at the P/R facilities and use buses, or pay the entrance fee and drive inside the cordon.     Abstract
    We introduce the first temperature guardbands optimization based on thermal-aware logic synthesis and thermal-aware timing analysis. The optimized guardbands are obtained solely due to using our so-called thermal-aware cell libraries together with existing tool flows and not due to sacrificing timing constraints (i.e. no trade-offs). We demonstrate that temperature guardbands can be optimized at design time through thermal-aware logic synthesis in which more resilient circuits against worst-case temperatures are obtained.     This paper introduces Adaptive Path Selection and Loading (APSL) as a multi-path data transmission scheme for mitigating the effects of misbehaving nodes in mobile ad-hoc networks. In APSL, misbehavior resilience is achieved by adaptively loading Reed-Solomon (RS) coded data into multiple node-disjoint paths. In order to maximize packet delivery ratio, paths are loaded according to Path State Information (PSI) which dynamically estimates the availability and stability of each path.
