Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out the effective factors on customer satisfaction and its consequences in Kish Island (IRAN).In this research the researcher had used two different kind of sample the first sample is customers of three different hotels of 3 star, 4 star, 5 star and The second sample are managers of these hotels. The sample size was 285 of hotel customers and 11 of hotel managers. Abstract
This study presents an efficient decision making model for tourism services managers. Decisions of bundle pricing and ordering for a perishable multi-product jointly are considered in a multiple period horizon to maximize the expected profit of the firms. The retailer uses bundling strategy for products pricing to give customers discount when buying a bundle of products. The discretionary sales is incorporated which authorizes managers to save inventory for satisfying future demand even if some present demand is lost.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of political-economic shocks on the demand for foreign tourism in the country. In order to achieve this goal, tourism demand was simulated with the dynamics of systems.
