  7. Abstract:
  8. Because of advantages of using new sources of energy in the country, especially for generating green energy, the use of wind energy for power generating in wind Fields is of great interest of current communities. For developing a wind power plant the first step is to locate and confirm the areas which possess enough potential for installing the wind turbines. For this purpose in the first and second chapters of this thesis an introduction to the basic principles of wind energy is noted then in the third chaptermethods of grid connection, conversion systems and turnover problems in windfarm is evaluated.in the fourth chapter with the use of Windographer software and empirical data of standard wind stations in Rostamabad, technical calculations of the wind power plant are carried out and energy of each wind turbine as well as the position coordinates for installing the turbines is estimated. in the fifth chapter a new method with lower error compared to that of the standard softwares is presented and with the use of the computational code the wind potential of the area under study has been calculated and the results are compared with those for the standard software. In the final chapter with use of wake models beyond of wind turbines, velocity deficiency as a function of turbine distances calculated and at the end monthly efficiency of wind farm Rostamabad as a basis of received wind speed for turbines in the farm calculate
