  7. Abstract:
  8. The main purpose of my research is to present a predictive E-Commerce plan for Iran. For many people the term "electronic commerce" means shopping on the part of the Internet called the World Wide Web, but other technologies such as wireless transmissions on mobile telephone and personal digital assistant devices are also included. In our thesis the term Electronic Commerce or (E-Commerce) is used in its broadest sense, and includes all business activities conducted using electronic data transmission technologies. In Iran e-commerce has achieved an important role and is facing remarkable acceptance in trade operations, therefore my study focuses on the development of E-Commerce model in Iran. In Iran there is absence of technical knowledge among majority of the businessmen and this has attributed a lot to the slow progress of E-Commerce in Iran. We will analyze the current strategic planning situation as well as the future perspective of comprehensive E-Commerce plan in Iran. The target of my thesis is also to show the importance of E-Commerce trade in Iran. This thesis is applied research which proposed a predictive frame, inspired by the diffusion of relevant components. In addition, the casual link between perceived value of Electronic Commerce plan development and combined integrated electronic commerce model adoption from countries like Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore is investigated in our research and we tried to collect data on the extent of significant simplicity of a set of factors through E-Commerce developed models from the Iranian manager's point of view who are involved in procurement process, Logistics and Informatics in big enterprises and industries. To validate the descriptive research model, questionnaires are collected from top managers and specialists and officials active in information technology and commerce industry.
