  7. Abstract:
  8. Entrepreneurship is a process that requires high motivation for success. Self-efficacy is to believe the person's ability to organize and carry out certain types of activities to produce specific outcomes. Thus helping to increase self-efficacy beliefs in people who have attempted to entrepreneurship can increase their chances of success. On the other hand Self-leadership has been defined as “the process” of influencing oneself to establish the self-direction and self-motivation needed to perform. And include three major strategies named Behavioral focused strategies, Intrinsic motivation (Natural Reward) strategies, Constructive thought pattern strategies and some specific behaviors in each strategy. Statistically significant relationship between self leadership strategies and self efficacy for entrepreneurship is expected. In this research the validity of primitive self leadership questioner without any change and self efficacy for entrepreneurship questioner with 6 changes was confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis. Then the predictive powers of self leadership strategies on the self efficacy on entrepreneurship factors were evaluated by the multivariate regression method. With regard to literature review and factor analysis results, 5 dimensions named general management, sales and marketing, trust building, networking, risk taking and financial management for self efficacy for entrepreneurship and 9 dimensions named, natural reward strategies, self talk, self observation, self assumptions evaluation, self performance targeting, self direction, self punishment and self reward for self leadership constructs was considered. Results indicate that there are statistically significant relationship between self assumptions evaluation and self efficacy for general management, sales and marketing, and risk taking and between self talk strategies and trust building and general management, and between natural reward and general management and networking. In addition some suggestions about consider personal differences; consider theoretical constraints like environmental limitations and differences in people`s motivational systems, conduct confirmatory research with structural equation modeling and develop training in order to practically prepare entrepreneurs how to use self leadership strategies are proposed.
