  8. This study discusses about mass customization and optimization of supply network in which both goal considering to set the flow of raw material and final product to satisfy the customer demand. The mass customization is more important concept in this study, so that this goal is placed to the first objective. In this research, the model which contained both goal is presented. The model focus on mass customization and try to satisfy various products demand, which constitute 3 kind of speed demands. Each product can satisfy in 3 way: fast, normal, slow.In the first model the new approach present in which the speed affects all of supplying, manufacturing and distributing system. The system try to use different path to optimize the whole order. In the first model fixed cost play important role to determine the best solution. After that phase 2 begins in which the ordering of each product site determined. In both phases the Genetic algorithm used to specify the optimal solution.In the second model, used the half made capacity, which means the potential of product site to made or complete the half made products. Second model enjoy from better situation to satisfy the product demand, this means second model uses the extra capacity and material handling to gain better solution. The results also shows the second model work better than the first model in which doesn’t constitute the half made capacity. The time consumption shows the effectivity of the approach used in study
