Meanwhile, should have been constructive perception is the intermediary that stimulation our sense abut reality. These feelings can be tenderness or hatred or fear and hope and ... . In the second chapter we will show that the use of technology is our constructive perception, which perceives Artifact reality in employment clothes and apply it. In the next chapter, we will devote science. In this chapter we will show that science is a cognitive system that human beings base on reality. And finally, with this view, we will go to civilization analysis. The concept of civilization should have been a second sensible, when human beings perceive two different modes of human life and understand the differences between them. in the most comprehensive and all manner, the consept of Civilization encompasses all human artifacts. Hence, civilization is a human response to all its needs. The answers to the requirements material, spiritual, and thoughtful. The answers that humankind finds in the science construction (by the cognitive systems), technology and culture.
