In this project, in general, we have studied the particle production during and after the Inflation.Today, the Inflation is considered as a part of the standard model of cosmology and it solves so-called two cosmological problems: flatness and horizon problem. According to it,the universe after the inflation becomes supercool; however, the thing we observe today is in contradiction with this theory. The Reheating era is a time period in which the inflationary field gets to its minimum of potential and starts to socialite. Actually, here is the place in which the phenomenon of the particle production occurs. This period is called the Reheating era. therefore, it seems all particles which we observe today have been produced one day in reheating era.Furthermore, in this thesis, we have studied a model of particle production during inflation.In this model, the production of particle occurs under the potential of Axion Monodromy which is motivated in string theory. This theory resembles the theory of Warm Inflation.The ultimate goal of the theory of Warm Inflation is to eliminate the need for reheating era from the standard model of inflation. One of the problems of the standard model is that the reheating period has not any observable consequents since all modes in this era are deep inside the horizon, thus they have been destroyed prior to reathing us by cosmological processes.Consequently, we do not know whether our theory of reheating is correct or not. the main point of the theory of Warm Inflation is that the particle production occurs during inflation instead of the post-inflationary era. The Axion Monodromy model is very similar to the warm inflation theory. Actually, the axion monodromy potential could be used in order to construct a kind of warm inflation theory. This model will have some advantages; for instance, this theory will not need any assumption about thermalization and also, the energy density will be constant during inflation
