  8. The tourism industry, as the world's largest industry, plays a significant role in the economic status of developing and developed countries, and has been among the fastest growing sectors in other industries in recent decades.The important role of the tourism industry in economic development has begun since the 19th century, but it has quickly traveled its course as a global industrial one.This rapid growth will enable us to exploit the potential of this industry with the growth of technology and knowledge.Designing a platform with the ability to link up the supply and demand among existing individuals as potential sources of resources to reduce the cost and facilitate tourism with a cheap tourism approach can help expand the tourism industry and make it even more popular among people. In fact, people can serve as applicants for services to applicants in various areas of tourism, such as accommodation, transportation, and other areas in this sector, and in the meantime create a dual approach in which has already been unprecedented, and platforms have already been designed and exploited in the field in this area only cover some of this services, such as the possibility of booking tickets, finding and booking accommodation, introducing existing tours, the introduction of places and tourist attractions and services such as those offered to applicants as supplying sources. This dual approach is not seen by the applicants and the supplier.In fact, the goal of this project is the design of a network, which is the interface between this supply and demand and can optimally meet customer satisfaction and network members to allocate this supply and demand through the involvement and selection of members. Actually this system will be a bridge between people who intend to travel and who are known as a service provider and who can provide these services to applicants in various fields.The use of a combination of service approach that has already been used in other sectors, such as manufacturing can also be an appropriate approach to achieve this. Although in the area of tourism in contrast to the field of production, less use had been made and from this point of view it is new.The use of the service mix approach helps to create a link between service providers and applicants in the network and will create a collaborative effort to meet demand. In fact, it is attempting to provide a mathematical model with an approach to a hypernetwork-based optimization model used in the field of manufacturing and else in previous work, but in this section a new approach and the use of algorithms such as innovative algorithms genetic which has been used in previous work in the manufacturing and other sectors, is important in order to optimize the allocation of available services to applicants and minimize costs with maximizing quality
