- Today, heterocycle compounds have become increasingly important in organic chemistry syntheses. Many extracellular compounds have a confirmed biological property. Due to the high bioactivity of these compounds, the development of their synthetic methods has received considerable attention and numerous reports have been published on their synthesis. One of the most commonly used examples is terazosin. It was first marketed as a blood pressure lowering drug but was later used in the treatment of benign prostate gland.Another important class of these compounds may be the different derivatives of the pyrimidine molecule used in the treatment of cancer. The use of hetero- cyclic compounds is not limited to the above, but they are much more widely used in pharmaceutical chemistry. The application of these important organic compounds can also be pursued in various other fields such as agriculture, industry and so on. Nowadays, the use of 1,3-dipole intermediates as a powerful and efficient method in the synthesis of compounds with five-membered heterocyclic ring has been considered by the organic chemist. In scientific research, by using these intermediates, we have been able to synthesize different derivatives of Spiro Oxindole. In another research work, we also succeeded in synthesizing of the pyrazolo- pyridine derivatives in water as an environmentally friendly solvent
