- Since 1992, many different methods have been introduced and developed according to the type of application of catalytic Janu micromotors in various fields. In this study, the method of particles masking was used to construct magnesium based catalytic micromotors. The stabilizing of magnesium microparticles was carried out in 3 methods, resuspending with PVP, paraffin and static electricity generation on Slides. Finally, all three methods quality was investigated and paraffin stabilizing was best selected for the stability of particles on the slides. After making the micromotors, the effect of several factors, including the amount of sputtering time, PBS medium with different Ph of (7.4 , 6.4 and 5.4), and the loading of the drug on the type and speed of micromotors motion was investigated. Finally, the highest average speed(193 µms-1)for 360’s micromotors in PBS with a pH of 7.4and before drug loading and the lowest average speed(117µms-1) for 240’s in PBS with a pH of 7.4 after loading the antibiotic was obtained. We pegylated the micromotors before drug loading. Then we loaded the drug with a 1: 1 (PEG: Drug) ratio on the micromotors surface. We used ciprofloxacin antibiotic as a drug model. After examining the release of the drug, all micromotors exhibited explosive release of the drug in the first 5 minutes, the highest (69.7%) for 240's micromotors in pH of 7.4, and the lowest (34.3%) for the same micromotor in pH of 5.4. The microbial test carried out in the Agar medium shows the highest yield at the lowest time for 240’s micromotors in acidity of 7.4
