  5. There are inadvertent errors in the y axis label of Figs. 2(b) and 6 as well as in the first paragraph of Sec. IV B. The y axis labels typed are ϵg (electron volts) and ϵ b (electron volts) in Figs. 2(b) and 6, respectively, instead of ϵg - ϵF (electron volts) and ϵb - ϵF (electron volts). Also, the term ω ≈ [ϵg - ϵF] in the first paragraph of Sec. IV B should be ω ≈ [ϵg - ϵb]. These errors do not alter other results, discussion, and conclusion of the manuscript. © 2019 Published under license by AIP Publishing
