  8. Today, the correct management of construction projects in IRAN's water industry has become a severe concern for its managers. Construction projects of the water industry constitute a considerable part of the country's construction industry. Several significant Issues such as operation management, water industry projects, correct management of resources, crisis management in the water industry, increased productivity and useful life of structures, increasing productivity, and preventing water loss are among the determinative challenges in construction projects in Iran. One of the new methods for the correct management of the life cycle of projects in this area is the use of Building Information Modeling technology (BIM) in the water industry. Building Information Modelling is a new approach to the construction industry, which is gradually developing between project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, contractors, etc. Implementing the principles and BIM achievements in this industry's organizations requires a clear vision of relevant organizations' conditions and potential. For this purpose, these organizations' readiness has to be measured and measured from different dimensions and angles to achieve the desired goals of BIM implementation. In this research, the managers' fundamental goals in the water industry in Tehran province from the implementation of BIM have been determined, and the level of readiness of these organizations to implement BIM in various fields has been evaluated. Moreover, The most critical challenges in these organizations to the implementation of BIM have been examined. Finally, Appropriate solutions have been proposed to solve them
