- The present study, which is about practical methods of improving productivity in Mashhad ring factory, is presented in five chapters. In the foreword, the need for an attitude to improve productivity at the national level as well as in industry has been mentioned and has laid the groundwork for starting a discussion of productivity and practical solutions to improve it. In the first chapter, by defining productivity, considers the different perceptions of societies about productivity and finally deals with misconceptions about the concept of productivity. In the second chapter, based on committed articles from the American Society of Industrial Engineering, discusses the role of industrial engineers in improving productivity at the macro level, as well as in workshops and factories, and provides two examples of productivity measurements to the tasks of industrial engineering. Are being paid. In the chapter 3 examines the practical solutions to improve productivity at the level of organizations and, while enumerating the necessities, limitations and problems in the way of improving productivity, explains the formation of productivity committees in detail. In the fourth chapter, based on productivity indicators, its advantages and limitations, how to establish in different organizations, management system and productivity at different levels of the organization and how to analyze productivity are examined in detail. In the fifth chapter, while getting acquainted with Mashhad Ring Manufacturing Company, relying on the experiences gained from the previous seasons, using all the above instructions and while describing the items done at the end, relying on charts and figures, comparing the company's productivity in different years and months. will do. Also in this chapter, while enumerating the existing limitations and bottlenecks, it will provide suggestions on how to improve the company's productivity situation and what can be done in the future. Also, by enumerating the shortcomings of the present project, it will provide a solution to those who want to continue the above project or express it in another organization
