  8. The increasing growth of marine tourism has strengthened the activities related to this industry. One of the most profitable of these activities is recreational submarines. A traction recreational submarine is an idea in this field, in order to reduce costs, the propulsion force is removed and the submarine is towed by the mother ship. The most important reason for using the traction system and removing the independent drive is to prevent vibration and noise caused by the rotation of the propeller to prevent the escape of aquatic animals and to create a beautiful view from under the sea to watch underwater wonders. Searching for safety and saving people's lives in emergency situations is an important factor in the growth or decline of these types of submarines. This thesis examines and analyzes the emergency ascent of this type of recreational submarine by releasing the weights embedded in the bottom of the submarine to have a faster and safer path to the surface. In the time of crisis, in the most optimal possible state and with the condition of maintaining the peace and health and stability of the submarine, the released weights, the placement of the weights under the hull and the release time of the weights must be determined correctly. According to the depth of the submarine, emergency ascent simulation has been done with numerical method and Star CCM software. In order to validate and determine the correct performance of the simulations, a related research was used that simulated the emergency ascent of a submarine through the immediate evacuation of ballast tanks, and the difference in the results obtained and the validation reference was less than 5%. Due to the lack of resources in the field of submarines' ascent through the release of weights, determining the location, mass of each weight and the release time at different depths is based on the error test method and correcting one stage with about 50 simulations and an approximate time of more than 1100 hours. Determining the mass and location of the weights and finding a process that determines the time of release of the weights in such a way that the safe submarine reaches the surface of the earth is the result of the present work. The arrangement of the weights is adjusted around the center of gravity, and two lighter weights in the chest and heel are released to control the speed of ascent to the surface at the beginning, and two heavier weights are released after reaching the surface of the water to neutralize the fluctuations of the trim angle of the submarine so The release time of weights at higher depths is different from lower depths, because at higher depths due to more time and the return trim arm of the submarine reaches the water surface horizontally, therefore heavier weights are released simultaneously, but at shallow depths, the submarine is angled when reaching to the surface, so the two heavier weights are released from each other at regular intervals to compensate for pitch fluctuations
