  7. Abstract:
  8. The electronic health system plays a crucial role in modern healthcare, facilitating efficient data management, secure information exchange, and improved patient care. However, existing systems often face challenges related to security, privacy, scalability, and interoperability. The primary objectives of this study are proposing a system that ensures data security, patient and peer privacy, scalability, data integrity, deniability, traceability, secure data sharing, access control, transparency, real-time monitoring, and security in the drug supply chain. To achieve these objectives, we have proposed a system that encompasses a wide range of requirements of healthcare system. To enhance scalability, we suggest the utilization of a parallel network architecture, and so, by conducting Implementation, we evaluated the system's efficiency and effectiveness in handling a high volume of transactions. The results unequivocally demonstrate that the implementation of the parallel network is a highly effective approach to improve the system's scalability. By harnessing the advantages of the Hyperledger Fabric blockchain framework, we have established a secure and scalable network that enables seamless interoperability and efficient data exchange. Additionally, the incorporation of the HL7 standard significantly improves interoperability between different healthcare systems. The proposed system consists of five layers that facilitate the management of roles, modification and adding a new layer to the system; The first layer is related to service providers, the second layer is related to patients and those who need services, the third layer is the gateway between the first two layers and the network core, the fourth layer is related to the core network, which are the members of the chain of templates; All these layers are located on the fifth layer, which has the task of control and supervision. In this system, six transactions are proposed, three of which are related to the management of health records and three transactions are related to the drug supply chain. The system designed in this thesis not only fulfills the requirements of the health system, such as security, privacy, system monitoring, and interoperability but also substantiates the substantial impact of parallelism on the system's scalability through numerical data and figures obtained from the implementation. By parallelizing, we show that the traffic volume of Hyperledger members is reduced by fifty percent and the operational capacity of the system increases up to three times; Of course, the required processor increases by ten percent and the required temporary memory does not change
