  7. Abstract:
  8. The construction industry is undergoing a profound transformation driven by technological advancements, with Building Information Modeling (BIM) at the center of this change. BIM is not merely a tool but a comprehensive process that enhances the design, management, and execution of construction projects by integrating advanced digital technologies. Globally, BIM has proven its ability to address complex project challenges, optimize stakeholder collaboration, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. However, BIM adoption in Iran, particularly among construction product manufacturers, remains limited. While other stakeholders have gradually embraced this technology, this limitation has hindered the full realization of BIM's benefits in improving supply chain efficiency and collaboration. This research aims to explore the specific benefits and challenges of BIM for manufacturers in Iran and seeks to better integrate these stakeholders into BIM-based processes to align Iran’s construction industry with global standards. The research methodology involved a comprehensive literature review to identify the benefits and challenges of BIM for manufacturers, consultations with industry experts, and the development of educational resources such as presentations and videos to enhance BIM knowledge, then data were collected and analyzed through semi-structured interviews to propose a framework for BIM adoption by manufacturers in Iran. The findings of this research demonstrate BIM's transformative impact on the business and management of construction product manufacturers and provide practical solutions to overcome barriers and promote broader use of this technology. Despite limitations such as focusing on a specific market segment, time constraints, and a lack of prior research resources, this study was conducted. It is recommended that future studies investigate the role of the Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in enhancing BIM processes and evaluating the role of government policies and incentives in facilitating the gradual and effective adoption of BIM
