  8. This research aims to design and build a device that Using solar energy and can be used as water heaters and water desalination and water from the soluble hygroscopic. For this purpose, a combination of evacuated tube collector with parabolic through collector with sun tracking mechanism is used. sun tracking mechanism is polar and works with optical sensor. in this research we have designed new setup with evacuated tube collector for direct desalination and water heater. in this method heat pipes have been omitted from setup that cause high performance in heat transfer from evacuated tube collector to water and is minimized losses. 15w air compressor used to increased rate of evaporation in evacuated tube collector. For absorb air humidity calcium choloride solution used in evacuated tube collector. Water uptake of calcium chloride solution at 50% humidity in equilibrium with the solution, more than 80% of weight percent of calcium chloride was found that about 0.5 liter of water per day can be produced with it in summer. If solution would have existed with this method we can produce fresh water with rate(maximum rate) of 0.6 lit/hr with one evacuated tube collector and parabolic through collector in 1.2 area.Without using parabolic collector the rate(maximum rate) of water production reduce to 0.1 lit/hr and themal efficiency increased considerably. Thermal efficiency of system with parabolic through collector is between 30-40% and without parabolic through collector is between 50-60%
