  7. Abstract:
  8. Drug delivery systems (DDS), which, are sensitive to tumor medium have high importance. one of the most important problem of current treatment of cancer is damage of the normal tissue, which, it is expected to solve by smart drug delivery systems. In such cases, one or more features of cancer medium cause to release of the drug. One of features of cancer medium is high concentration of reactive oxygen species and hydrogen peroxide in the most common between them. The purpose of this study is to build a drug delivery system, which it is sensitive to hydrogen peroxide. This carrier has 4 main parts. The first part is anti-cancer drug, which, it is located in the carrier. Second part is mesoporous silica (with 2-4 nanometer pore diameter), which, drug is located in it. The third part is Alkyl-diselenide. This component after reaction with hydrogen peroxide breaks. This component makes the carrier sensitive to cancer medium. Finally, hyaluronic acid was used as coating polymer, which, has two main functions in the carrier. First, itprevents leakage of the drug. The second, hyaluronic acidcould enter into the cell quickly via CD44- mediated endocytosis pathway. in this study mesoporous silica with 91 nanometer diameter and 2.42 nanometer pore diameter has been built, which, in the 48 hours and medium with 100 micromolar concentrations of hydrogen peroxide 78% of the drug was released
