    Abstract
Fusion of high spectral but low spatial resolution multispectral and low spectral but high spatial resolution panchromatic satellite images is a very useful technique in various remote sensing applications, such as change detection. Recently, some studies showed that wavelet-based image fusion methods provide high quality spectral content of the fused image. However, most of wavelet-based methods have a spatial resolution of the fused result less than the Brovey, IHS, and PCA fusion methods. This is mainly because real wavelet transform cannot efficiently represent the singularity of linear/curved contents. In this paper, we introduce a new method based on the contourlet transform which...

    Abstract
The 1H-13C coupling constants of methyl α- and β-pyranosides of d-glucose and d-galactose have been measured by one-dimensional and two-dimensional 1H-13C heteronuclear zero and double quantum, phase sensitive J-HMBC spectra to determine a complete set of coupling constants (1JCH, 2JCH, 3JCH, 2JHH, and 3JHH) within the exocyclic hydroxymethyl group (CH2OH) for each compound. In parallel with these experimental studies, structure, energy, and potential energy surfaces of the hydroxymethyl group for these compounds were determined employing quantum mechanical calculations at the B3LYP level using the 6-311++G** basis set. Values of the vicinal coupling constants involving 1H and 13C in the...

    Abstract
LncRNAs are involved in the modulation of several signaling pathways which have a crucial effect in the differentiation of periodontal ligament cells and the induction of cementum regeneration. Autophagy and Wnt signaling are two important pathways with a wide range of interrelationships associated with periodontitis. We chose four lncRNAs based on their potential interaction with these two pathways. We examined the expression of FOXD2-AS1, NNT-AS1, GAS8-AS1, and CCAT1 lncRNAs in tissues and blood specimens of patients with periodontitis and unaffected controls using qRT-PCR. Expression amounts of FOXD2-AS1 were lower in blood of cases compared with controls (relative expression (RE) = 0.08,...

    Abstract
Breast cancer is the most prevalent type of cancer in women; hence, many researches have been focused on developing effective treatment protocols. In this study, a novel nanocarrier was fabricated for gene and photothermal combination cancer therapy by conjugating histone methyltransferase complex subunit SET1 (hSET1) on reduced polydopamine coated graphene oxide nanosheets (rGO-PDA). The rGO-PDA nanocarriers provide higher near-infrared absorption and further integrating with hSET1 antisense as an anticancer gene that down-regulates the amount of hSET1 overexpressed and suppresses the proliferation of cancer cells. The nanoplatform was prepared by polymerizing of dopamine, a mussel adhesive...

    Abstract
1-Aminophosphonates are valuable compounds with wide range of applications in biological and industry. Various reaction conditions and catalysts have been reported for the synthesis of 1-aminophosphonates via three-component (dialkyl phosphite + aldehyde + amine) or two-component reaction (dialkyl phosphite + imine). Here a solvent-free synthesis of 1-aminophosphonates under very mild reaction conditions is reported. The three-component condensation reactions of dialkyl phosphite, carbonyl compound, and an amine gave 1- aminophosphonates in good to excellent yields under solvent- and catalyst-free conditions at ambient temperature. Hydrophosphorylation of imines in the presence of dialkyl...
