  8. Lean Management is a set of procedures and processes that ensures firms’ survival in today’s world. Due to the global spread of lean management principles and rapid change of customer requirement in today’s markets, familiarity with these principles and deploying them seems crucial for firms that want to survive. In this research, Lean Management is implemented in a manufacturing company of heating and cooling devices. This process consists of two main processes. In the Business Renewal Process, the firm envisions its future and evaluates itself in nine keys of development based on lean principles. Diagnosis results indicates firm’s relative superiority in Customer Focus and Lean Production. The company then surveys its market position and also its status among the competitors. The product of this process is a Development Plan which determines the desired status in each key in five years. In the Strategic Improvement Cycle, by focusing on short-term profitability, the company selects the cost-reduction theme as the first yearly theme of annual Strategic Improvement Cycle. Next the company decides to focus on Lean Production key and two control points, automation with human touch and production planning, and develops their deployment and actions plans . Observed results indicates firm’s satisfaction with the proposed Lean Management implementation procedure. In the conclusions and further research section, observations, acquired lessons, and some suggestions for future studies are presented
