  8. Innovative applicable ideas, are driving engine for technological enhances (developments), that are made in mind of entrepreneurs, inventors, and initiators; and with their serious follow up in the form of new business, reaches to successful outcome and the concept of entrepreneurship commences. But most of these entrepreneurs are brainy young graduates without experience in three main factors for success that is, management knowledge and experience, sufficient financial resources, connection with market and customer in competitive market. Nowadays venture capitals who lean over their precious intuition, with accepting computable or incomputable risks, actively accompany entrepreneurs and with the purpose of earning profit, recover their weaknesses (management experience, sufficient financial resources and market), solve this problem. For selecting investment plans correctly, plan evaluation must be done from diverse aspects. Some features of the plan like, level of innovativity, volume of required financial resources, size of market, market growth, level of profitability, and copy right quality, competitors evaluation, customer assessment, supply chain valuation and etc., along with entrepreneur (founder, plan owner, new company founder) features are evaluated.Authenticity consideration, is one of up to date topics about leadership. Authentic leaders are more effective and improve organizational performance. Authentic person is the one who knows his values, believes, and interests well; and does based on them. These persons in the management position give the others this chance to be able to breed authenticity in their selves. In this research, it tried to assess level of authenticity in entrepreneurs and success of their plans, and the question is whether is there a meaningful relation between this level of authenticity of person and his future success
