  7. Abstract:
  8. Thyroid gland is one of the important internal organs of the body that is responsible for T3 and T4 hormones secretion. Concentration of these hormones directly influences growth of body, thus measurement concentration of thyroid hormones is one of the most common experiments all of the world, specially in our country that Hypothyroidism is common among people. Secretion of hormones in thyroid gland controlled by TSH (thyroid Stimulating Hormone) that released from Pituitary gland. TSH concentration is opposite of level of thyroid secretion. Because of interconnected relationship between these three hormones, measurement of each of them is so important. Many researches for developing optimized systems for measurement of these hormones has done before, but when clinical applications and low cost systems that no need of expert person for measurement are discussed, non-clinical biosensors that have purely investigative applications haven’t enough performance. It’s time for displacement of investigative biosensors by low cost that don’t need for an expert person. Electrochemical biosensors is one of the best choices for developing this application. In this project we describe construction method one of electrochemical biosensors and discuss gained results. Finally by tow manners we study measurement of these hormones and figure out that potentiometric assay can be a good offer if our sensors makes by very high accuracy and in amperometric assay, SWV measurement is suggested
