  3. Abstract:
  4. A very low-power RF front-end based on a new current reuse QLMV cell (Quadrature VCO-LNA-Mixer) is proposed for GPS applications. The front-end, designed in 0.18μm CMOS technology, provides improved performance characteristics while consuming only 1 mA current. Simulation results are presented and compared with recently published works in the field
