  8. Ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer produces flexible products and is compatible with many polymers and additives, the reason is that it has Vinyl group which is polar and Ethylene group which is nonpolar. In fact, it consists of two parts. One is a hard and semi-crystalline Polyethylene region and the other is soft, flexible, polar, and amorphous Vinyl Acetate. Improving the properties of this copolymer can broaden its application. For this purpose, Ethylene Vinyl Acetate with 18 and 28% Vinyl Acetate was used as a matrix and nano-alumina as reinforcement in this project. The spherical structure and chemicallu active surface, along with significant mechanical properties, suggeats Alumina nanoparticles as a suitable option for enhancing the properties of polymers. One of the main problems for obtaining suitable properties in nanocomposites is the poor diffraction of nanoparticles and the formation of hollows. To overcome this problem, the nano-diamond surface correction with carboxylic acid groups has been used. Nanocomposite samples were made by solvent solvent method in 0.5%, 1%, 1.5% and 2% chloroform solution. Based on optical and electron microscope images diffusion of nanofilters in a polymer matrix with surface modification has been improved. The results of the DSC and XRD analysis have shown that the crystallinity has decreased with the addition of nanoparticles. Based on the tensile test results for Ethylene Vinyl Acetate 18, the tensile strength, Yang modulus and Elongation at the breaking point increased, and for Ethylene Vinyl Acetate 28 the tensile strength of the yang modulus increased and the elongation at the breaking point decreased
