  8. Based on codification and implementation of regulations of supporting from development of distributed generation sources, it is expected that in future years, investment in distributed generation scheme will be welcomed by private investors impressively. Under this circumstances, distribution Company will be faced with new chances for improving quality level of their services and optimal management of penalty-reward schemes. Penalty-reward schemes is set by legislator for distribution Company in order to improve their network. One of the pioneer ways is using distributed generators. So first, distribution Companies have to find optimum places for using these generators and in the second step they have to establish a framework in which investments seem to be profitable and profit of investors is along with benefit of the company and network improvement. For this purpose, in the first step, some studies have been carried out about contracts of distributed generator installation and protection laws from applicants for investments in generator installation in distribution network. Then flaws and shortages of these laws have been mentioned. In the next step penalty-reward schemes have been explained and then a network and a sample of distribution network which penalty-reward schemes had been applied on have been considered and a model has been determined for the company and benefit of investor and the problem-solving algorithm between two performers that consist distribution company and investors in installation of distributed generators has been explained. As it is explained in the thesis, this solution has to be in a way that both parties benefit that is the best condition happen for improvement in network
