  7. Abstract:
  8. This study aimed to prepare a type of microcapsule that microencapsulates folic acid and iron at the same time and protects these two substances against environmental and gastrointestinal conditions. Simultaneous release of these two nutrients has dual health properties and improves the efficiency of folic acid microencapsulation. In this study, biocomposites were formed containing alginate, pectin, and carboxymethylcellulose, and the microcapsules were synthesized by the ionization of calcium-alginate ions. Biocomposite optimization mixture with 13 experiments using experimental design software, optimal combination design method based on repopulation separator, restoring folic acid retention after 2 hours in a modified livelihood environment and release after 4 hours The intestine is marked. The morphology, crystallinity, and physical and chemical bonds of optimal biocomposites are investigated using SEM, XRD, and FTIR methods. The release curve material was then plotted with the optimal composite in the simulated medium and intestine. According to the results, the optimal composite effect of 1.13% alginate, 0.43% pectin, and 0.43% carboxymethylcellulose was obtained. This unique compound in high encapsulation receptivity (94.82%) protected folic acid against acidic gastric conditions (96.15%) and showed good release in the enzymatic and alkaline environment of the river. Next, iron is co-encapsulated with folic acid. The efficiency of folic acid encapsulation and its preservation in the acidic environment of the stomach, along with iron, respectively ٪87.63 And %100 Which is increased relative to the individual capsule state. In general, microcapsules have been traditionally used as folic acid and iron as a new system for the preservation of these two substances in the pharmaceutical and food industries
